Business STARTUP PACkAGE

AZSOD spent 12+ months navigating federal, state, county, city, and business entities to receive approval to operate in Arizona.  AZSOD is now in full scale statewide Arizona equipment rental operations.  AZSOD is offering for sale a Mobile Incineration Equipment Rental Business Startup Package for interested parties who would like to start a similar business outside of Arizona.   

• There are ZERO (0) refunds and ZERO (0) guarantees you will achieve the same results or success in your location with the information and documentation provided by AZSOD with this Business Startup Package.  

• It is the sole responsibility of the interested party to validate, perform due diligence, and confirm the validity of an opportunity before purchasing any business opportunity or investing in equipment.

• AZSOD is not selling or offering for sale to act on your behalf in person or remotely to deal with federal, state, county, city, business, government, or law enforcement agencies in your local area.  Interested parties will need to review and utilize the information provided in the Business Startup Package to contact, consult, and collaborate with all relevant entities to receive approval to operate in your area.  

• AZSOD is not selling or offering for sale a mobile incinerator, equipment, or supplies with this Business Startup Package.  Interested parties will need to separately purchase trailer mounted incinerator, towing vehicle, equipment, supplies, business insurance, and other items described below. 

• AZSOD is not selling or offering for sale a business franchise or licensing agreement with this Business Startup Package.  The purchaser will receive only what is listed below which took AZSOD more than 12 months to develop.   

• AZSOD operates statewide in Arizona and will not sell this Business Startup Package to any startup business planning to operate in Arizona. 

• AZSOD makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, as to the Business Startup Package's merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.  AZSOD shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to owner, operator, investor, customer, customer's employees, and customer's property, including lost profits, incidental, special, or consequential damages, in any way connected with the operation of, use of, defect in, or failure of Business Startup Package.

• AZSOD does not guarantee you will achieve the same approval or business results.

Upon payment of Business Startup Package fee to AZSOD, you will receive the following.  

1. AZSOD will provide national Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) citations relevant to mobile incineration equipment rental business. 

2. AZSOD will provide copies of documentation from multiple Arizona air quality agencies authorizing AZSOD to operate statewide in Arizona (This took AZSOD approximately 6 months to acquire).  

3. AZSOD will provide copies of AZSOD developed training flyer and PowerPoint presentations presented to Arizona law enforcement agencies who attended AZSOD sponsored incinerator orientation/operation training. 

4. AZSOD will provide a copy of AZSOD developed PowerPoint presentation presented at Association of Property and Evidence conference to law enforcement professionals. 

5. AZSOD will provide a copy of AZSOD developed Association of Property and Evidence sponsor advertisement for AZSOD. 

6. AZSOD will provide copies of AZSOD developed informational pamphlet and business cards. 

7. AZSOD will provide copies of AZSOD developed initial and subsequent marketing mailings sent to Arizona law enforcement and government agencies. 

8. AZSOD will provide copies of AZSOD's Certificates of Insurance identifying insurance companies who have insured AZSOD's mobile incinerator rental business (business/environmental liability policy and truck/trailer/incinerator policy) (This took AZSOD approximately 5 months to identify and acquire).  

9. AZSOD will provide copy of AZSOD developed 11-page General Operating Plan and Standard Operating Procedures (developed by AZSOD at request of law enforcement).  Plan and Procedures include but are not limited to; 
   General Guidelines for Incineration Standard Operating Procedures
   Description of Incinerator Control Panel Incinerator Nomenclature
   Key Operational Steps Starting the Incinerator Cycle
   Ending an Incinerator Cycle Training
   Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Recommended PPE and Safety Considerations 

10. AZSOD will provide a copy of AZSOD developed 5-page equipment rental contract (This took AZSOD approximately 4 months to develop and finalize with input from attorneys and insurance professionals).

11. AZSOD will provide copy of AZSOD's U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration application and documentation.  

12. AZSOD will provide a listing of equipment and supplies the owner/operator must consider acquiring for future incinerator rental operations to law enforcement and government agencies.  

13. AZSOD will provide a listing of spare incinerator parts purchased from incinerator manufacturer.  

14. If requested and AZSOD is available with scheduling, AZSOD owner will travel to your location at your expense for ride-along to your customer's equipment rental location to assist in advising law enforcement agency of incineration operations.

15. Exclusivity - AZSOD will not knowingly sell another Business Startup Package within a 150-mile radius of a previous Business Startup Package purchaser who is currently conducting incinerator rental business with government agency or law enforcement.  The business incorporation/designation address will be utilized as the "business address" to calculate the 150-mile radius.  AZSOD has no control of where, when, or how other businesses operate.  AZSOD has no control if a business relocates from one location to another.

16. Exclusivity "Plus" - For an additional Business Startup Package fee, AZSOD will not knowingly sell another Business Startup Package within a 300-mile radius of a previous Business Startup Package purchaser who is currently conducting incinerator rental business with government agency or law enforcement.  The business incorporation/designation address will be utilized as the "business address" to calculate the 300-mile radius.  AZSOD has no control of where, when, or how other businesses operate.  AZSOD has no control if a business relocates from one location to another.  

17. Coaching/Mentoring - based upon availability, AZSOD owner will be available (phone/email) to attempt to assist with questions or concerns to aid in your business startup administration.  AZSOD will not be responsible for answering incinerator operational troubleshooting or incinerator warranty related questions.   

18. AZSOD does not guarantee you will achieve the same results.
